Blessed John XXIII Pastoral Center is operated by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Wheeling-Charleston, West Virginia. The lived purpose for this center is captured in the pastoral letters, “At Home in the Web of Life”, and “This Land is Home to Me”, both promulgated by the Catholic Bishops of Appalachia. These documents herald:
